Welcome to EduSmart. By using our School Management System, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Our software is designed to facilitate school administration, communication, and academic tracking.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Unauthorized use of this system may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is EduSmart's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our system. We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you.

We collect information such as student records, educator details, and administrative data solely for the purpose of school management. This data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized personnel within your institution.

3. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All sensitive data is encrypted and handled in accordance with industry standards. Since we use a local SQLite database for this instance, data integrity is managed at the server level.
